New Appointment – Steve Hunt – Project Manager

With over 36 years’ experience in the industry, Steve is an experienced and proven Project Manager. Steve’s experience includes a variety of landmark projects for various blue chip and high-profile clients including London Oriental, Berkeley Homes, Royal Bank of Scotland, Morgan Stanley, Telicity, Royal Sun Alliance, Microsoft, The Grimsthorpe Estate and The Hui and De Rothchild families.

Steve has joined XCL to oversee our residential scheme in Heathrow, and we look forward to working with Steve and seeing him lead the team onto the successful delivery of this project in 2025.
