New Project

We have recently been appointed under a design and build contract to deliver the station house project in Milton Keynes. The project consists of the conversation and reconfiguration of a former office block into a 200-unit apartment building  under the permitted developments rights. Works are due to commence late May 2020. This is a new client for X Construct and we are really excited to have secured this project with the view to developing a long and lasting relationship with all of the stakeholders involved with this scheme.
