The refurbishment works to the Cambridge City Hilton Hotel were delivered in two phases. Phase one works were completed in early 2016, and included refurbishment and upgrade of accessible rooms, as well as upgrade works to several key back-of-house areas of the hotel.
Working in a live environment took strong communication between our construction team and the hotel on a day-to-day basis.
On the strength of the successful completion of the works, we were appointed to create a new gym facility, executive lounge, public toilets and further improvements to the back-of-house and operational areas of the hotel.
All the works were carried out within the live environment of the fully functioning hotel. Deliveries and execution of the works were carefully coordinated with the hotel management team to minimise disruption to events and hotel guests.
