This former office building located directly opposite Southgate station was converted into 36 residential units, whilst working over live retail and commercial units.
The hands-on nature of the client meant that we were required to coordinate a number of client direct packages, and integrate into the main works.
Located on the busy Southgate Circus roundabout, the site had very little site compound, requiring the timely management of deliveries and construction waste. Welfare facilities were provided within the building and coordinated with construction phases.
