Having initially been appointed under a PCSA to develop the design to maximise the potential of this office to residential conversion scheme.
We worked closely with the architects Scapolan Burney, to increase the number of habitable rooms and to improve the user experience.
The works involved the construction of 200 units whilst tenants remained in place to the retail and station below.
Drawing on our extensive experience of carrying out similar projects of a complex nature, we were able to consider the design to avoid disruption to the tenants below, giving us control over the programme and preventing any risk from external factors.
