Having initially been appointed under a PCSA to develop the design to maximise the potential of this office to residential conversion scheme.
We have worked closely with the architects Scapolan Burney to increase the number of habitable rooms and to improve the user experience.
Now appointed under a JCT Design and build contract, the works are ongoing the construct the 200 units whist tenants remain in place to the retail and station below. Our vast experience of complex projects of this nature has meant the design has been considered to avoid disruption to the tenants below, giving us control over the programme and preventing any risk from external factors.
