This exciting project involves the redevelopment of the existing seven storey office building at 4 Selsdon Way, E14.
The project will see the construction of 200 new apartments including the construction of three additional levels. The facade will be completely replaced with new dwelling compliant windows and new balconies installed. There will also be minor structural alterations to the communal access areas at ground floor level.
